I have just sat down to start knitting with the wool you sent me and one of the balls Tivoli While -Shade 971 is damaged. About 9 metres into the ball it is torn and tied together.

Have you had a chance to mail the Celtic alphabet? It has been almost 3 weeks and I have not received it.

Hi Cathe,
The celtic alphabet was posted on Thurs 10th of this month. I would have expected it to be with you at this stage. We had delays over the xmas with parcels and delays with customs in the USA but I cannot understand January being slow. I am told it can take up to 15 working days for American post, which is awful, but it does bring us to Weds or Thurs. Let us leave everything sit until middle of next week. If it has not arrived by then I will refund you. Unfortunately I do not have another to send you as a replacement.
Fingers crossed it will be delivered this week.

Post arrives here at 1030 after I go to work so have just checked the today's post & still not there. I wont know about tomorrows tll friday as going to dublin straight from wk.

Last time it arrived no problem the next day to this address .
My problem is we are opening a craft pop up shop ( first time ever) amongst a group of friends & I really needed the wool for scarf's, mittens, hats etc so the longer the delay in it arriving the less time I have for making my stock ....
