Wool Shop Gift Voucher:
The gift voucher will be sent to you by email. If you choose to send the voucher to someone else, they will receive an email with your personal message and all the details.
If you want the gift voucher to be sent by post, please choose a suitable greeting card from the left hand side of your screen. The card will be posted to the address entered in the shipping details section during the check out process. The card will include an insert with your personal message and all the details needed to use the gift voucher.
Gift Certificate:

- Can be partially redeemed.
- Purchased in any value from 20 Euro's up.
- Comes with full instructions.
- Valid for 18 months and can be renewed.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift certificates are redeemed by entering a code into your shopping cart. The site will keep track of the value of the gift certificate. Where the value of a shopping cart is less than the gift certificate, the system remembers the remaining value for use in the future. In cases where the value of the gift certificate is below the total on the shopping cart, a credit card can be used in the normal way to complete the purchases.
