Flat Rate Delivery

A flat rate delivery fee of €2.90 applies to most of our products. This fee applies to the following destinations:  Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and the USA. For deliveries outside these areas please use the quote button in the shopping cart. We dispatch by post, recorded post or courier service. Our carrier is An Post the Irish postal service. Your order: Orders received before 1.00pm are normally dispatched that day, provided it is a working day. In exceptional circumstances orders could take up to 2 working days to dispatch. We may ship larger orders in more than one package. Deliveries in Ireland normally take between 1 to 3 working days, deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales normally take between 3 to 7 working days, deliveries to mainland Europe and the USA  normally take between 4 to 10 working days. Please note at holiday times deliveries can take longer. International orders may take up to 28 days. thewoolshop.ie does not accept liability for omissions or damage to deliveries unless notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of delivery. 

Packaging:  We vacuum most of our smaller orders and where possible we will use recycle cartons from our local supermarket and shoe shop.

Privacy Policy: We will not share your details with anybody else.

Payment: Your payment is made on Realex or PayPal, This means that your credit card details are never seen or retained by us. Realex and PayPal are international payment solution providers who operate to the highest security standards.
